Specializing in UX and UI, we conducted a consultancy focused on redesigning the Tele Sena app, owned by Grupo Silvio Santos. The goal was to make the app more accessible and efficient for a predominantly lottery and banking operator audience. Thus, the project aimed to transform a manual draw redemption process into an accessible digital experience.
Digital transformation of a major bank's loyalty program
The Esfera program of Banco Santander underwent a true digital transformation in user experience in its marketplace by adopting a technological architecture with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and SaaS solutions such as Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC).
